Santens Service Logistics Group offers the full range of services for storage, handling and declaring the quality of pharmaceutical products at the following facilities:

• "Petrovo-Dalneye" terminal — customs and warehouse complex;
• "Petrovo-Dalneye" terminal ‘s new facility — a licensed Class A pharmaceutical warehouse;
• "Istra"  terminal — customs and warehouse complex;
• "Leshkovo"  terminal — a licensed Class A pharmacy depot.

All warehouse facilities are licensed by Russia’s Ministry of Health and Social Development and they are compliant with Russian and international requirements specified for pharmaceutical warehouses.

The Company works exclusively with pharmaceuticals, medical goods including dietary supplements and cosmetics.

The logistics structure of the terminals is intended to accept and issue goods on a 24/7 basis.

Equipment

Our warehouse facilities are equipped with advanced racking systems made by Jungheinrich, a German manufacturer; automated management system; narrow-isle and front lifting machinery; devices and accessory equipment for palletizing goods; automatic -controlled docks and autonomous life support system.

Backup power supply generators installed at all operating sites guarantee uninterrupted supply of electric power, which is essential to maintaining a certain temperature mode required for storing drugs, operating all warehouse systems, and ensuring the communication between clients and terminals.

Storage Conditions

At all warehouse facilities there are certain temperature and humidity conditions conforming to license requirements and requirements developed by manufacturers for storing drugs of various commodity groups, thus ensuring safety of pharmaceuticals depending on their physicochemical and pharmacologic properties.

Warehouse terminals combine several temperature zones including the refrigerator compartments. Our clients can choose from the following temperature modes to store finished pharmaceutical products, clinical trial products or samples:

• Controlled ambient (15-25°C)
• Cool (12-15°C)
• Cold (2-8°C)

Modern equipment and ongoing monitoring of the temperature mode guarantee an immediate response to any changes in the pre-set parameters at any time.

The Company provides engineering support of the facility and all premises on a 24/7 basis.

Security

The Group’s logistics park meets the industry’s security standards: the premises are secured on a 24/7 basis and equipped with surveillance and fire safety systems. All drugs delivered to the park and handled at the company’s warehouses are insured at the expense of the logistics operator.

Services

We offer our clients with the entire set of pharmaceutical warehouse services. We use advanced technologies to ensure a high level of logistics services provided at Class A warehouse facilities:

• Manual and power-driven loading/unloading of palletized goods;
• Handling of OOG cargoes;
• Storing and handling of goods at Temporary Storage Warehouse (TSW);
• Inventory control;
• Customs clearance of goods;
• Terminals are divided into shelf and floor storage areas, and office area.

Our Guarantees:

• Complete material responsibility for safety of goods delivered for the safekeeping;
• An option to insure goods;
• An option to lease a pharmaceutical warehouse; obtaining of a full set of permits;
• Offices equipped with advanced communication systems;
• Security parking area.

High Rate Cargo Handling:

• Unloading of palletized cargoes (eighteen-wheeler): min. 20 minutes; 30 minutes in average.
• Unloading of non-palletized cargoes (eighteen-wheeler including sorting): min. 2.5 hours; 4 hours in average.
• Shipping of collected orders to clients: 30 min/eighteen-wheeler (once a truck is delivered for loading).
• Collecting of orders after receiving a corresponding order: 20 minutes to 2 hours (depending on the order quantity and structure).
• Batch acceptance of goods: up to 100 pallets — up to 3 hours; 100 to 150 pallets — up to 5 hours; 150 pallets and above — up to 8 hours.
• Handling of rejections, returns, storage of control samples, etc.

Location of Warehouses

All Santens Service terminals are strategically located in an environmentally safe district of the Moscow Region (Rublevo-Uspenskoe and Novorizhskoe highways) at a distance of 12 to 15 km from each other.
