Santens Service provide the complete range of services for storing and handling goods at the custom warehouse and temporary storage warehouses, customs clearance and quality compliance conformation of imported drugs.

Since the Company owns temporary storage warehouses and a customs warehouse, it offers its clients an option of flexible management of goods by applying different customs-approved treatments. Norston TVW and customs warehouse do not handle goods that might affect pharmaceutical drugs.

Customs Points

On "Petrovo-Dalneye" and "Istra" terminals there are two customs points authorized to release pharmaceutical products for the Moscow Region including Customs Clearance Department and Customs Point No. 2 of Davydovsky Terminal at "Petrovo-Dalneye", and Davydovsky Customs Point at "Istra".

We provide the services in cooperation with ROSTEK-Farma LLC acting as a customs representative at warehouses owned by the Group.

Test Laboratory

"Petrovo-Dalneye" terminal offers the services of a new test laboratory licensed to certify and declare the quality of medical products.

A team of highly qualified professionals who have deep knowledge of medical products and great experience can carry out customs clearance of imported goods within a short period of time.
