Founded in 2000, Santens Service Logistics Group is a provider of pharmaceutical logistics services including customs clearance and pre-wholesale handling of pharmaceutical products.

The Group consists of the following operating companies: Santens Service JSC that offers services of pharmaceutical warehouses and Norston JSC providing services for storage and handling of goods at customs warehouses and temporary storage warehouses, for customs clearance and quality compliance confirmation of medications. The Group is managed by Santens Logistics Group LLC.

Santens Service carries out its business in strict compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Russian Federation. The Company’s warehouse facilities have licenses issued by Russia’s Ministry of Health and Social Development and conform to all foreign and Russian requirements specified for pharmaceutical warehouses.

Santens Service Logistics Group is a member of Non-Profit Partnership Self-Regulatory organization of assistance to distribution of qualitative medical products in pharmaceutical market Standards of the pharmaceutical market.

We position our Company as a specialized provider with great hands-on experience, deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and professional logistics skills. The Company offers integrated solutions to tackle issues like management of complex logistics processes and delivers consulting aid essential for our clients to work in the Russian Federation.

The Group manages modern Class A pharmaceutical warehouses with the total floor space of over 30,000 sq.m and capacity for storage and handling of more than 45,000 pallets.

The Company’s logistics park is gradually extended: a new "Dmitrovsky" warehouse complex of Class A with the capacity of 10,500 pallets was put into operation and commissioned on the premises of the terminal "Petrovo-Dalneye" in November 2011.
